How to Measure the Wrist

Wrap the measuring tape around the wrist snugly, but not tightly against the skin. Please refer to the photo. In this example the wrist measures 6 and 5/8ths of an inch, slightly more than 6 and 1/2 inches.

The average size bangle bracelets would comfortably fit an average wrist measuring between 6 and 1/2 inches to 7 and 1/2 inches.

Other bracelets that close with a lobster claw or fashion hook are sized to fit the wrist differently. For example, the Hearts and Crystals links bracelets are made to fit the wrist measurement. Accurate measuring is important. I add about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch to your actual wrist measurement. These bracelets should not be too loose.
